Shipping & returns
Each piece of jewellery is individually handmade. We always ship our products in the best possible condition. As all jewellery is made to order, you should bear in mind that if you need to receive another ring or product due to a change of size or a defect, it may take between 15-30 days to be able to produce the new jewellery. The following conditions apply only and exclusively to the geographical areas where we provide service, which is currently SPAIN.
No refunds will be given, only exchanges or adjustments. The product must be in perfect condition and must contain the labels and original box. The maximum period is 15 days from the date of delivery. No exchanges outside of these terms will be accepted.
CHANGE OF SIZE:
If your return is for a size exchange, you will not be charged shipping costs. If you need to change the size of your ring: 1- We will adjust it to the size you indicate if it is a single piece, therefore we will not be able to make the change until we receive your piece. Please note that this may affect the appearance of the piece, we will try to keep it as small as possible. 2- Once we receive the jewel, we will send you a new one with the size you indicate.

BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE:
If your piece has had a problem of breakage or you have received it with a defect, you have 1 year warranty so you can contact us by email info@lauraarmengol.com and we can help you.
RETURN FOR OTHER REASONS:
It is not possible to make a return if there is no apparent reason, it will only be possible to exchange the jewellery for another within 15 days of receiving the jewellery. You must take into account that each jewel is made exclusively for each client, we work to order, therefore we do not have stock. Exchanging one jewel for another would mean that we would generate a new jewel for you to exchange it, so it would take between 15-30 days once we receive your jewel in its original packaging. The new jewellery will not have any packaging.
If you want to exchange your jewel for another one you will have to take into account:
if you want to exchange it for a jewel with a higher price, you will be charged the difference, if you want to exchange it for a jewel with a lower price, you will not be refunded the difference but we will not charge you anything either. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
